My story begins in Exochori, a small village just above Kardamili, and specifically by my grandmother Erasmia.
A simple and traditional recipe, passed from my grandmother’s hands to my mother Amalia, and from her to me.
Somehow, I started to participate in the tradition of the Mani rusk. I embraced this heritage with a lot of love, making sure to stay true blue to both, the choice of pure materials and the traditional way of making rusks.
Dedicated to my mother… Amalia!
The way our products are made and the materials we use in are as pure as possible to stay true to the taste and texture of the traditional Mani’s recipe made by my grandmother!
